Question by : I want to work in Drug Enforcement/Counseling. Where do I start? Grad School, Military, Reserve, Coast Guard?
My name is Jeremiah… I am a twenty-five year old husband and father (professionally I am a Grocery store shift manager). I have a degree in Broadcast Communications… but once I got working in the field as a P/A I found that I really didn’t have a zest for the work (I originally wanted to be a investigative reporter). My brother is a Police officer… he loves his job. I like my job (and the people I work with), it pays well but have recently found myself coming to the realization that I have NO PASSION FOR WHAT I DO… it allows me to support my family, but leaves me zero satisfaction other than that. I am very bright… graduated Summa Cumme Laude… 3.96… got one B out of 40 something classes. My instructors always told me that I should’ve been a Biosci or engineering major (brain heavy). I’m veering of topic… basically I’ve spent the last two years trying to find out what I’m passionate about. TODAY… IT STRUCK ME!!!    Read more...
