Pros:
– Knowledge of the Staff and Bayside treatment model, e.g., holistic programs physical, physiological, behavioral, social and spiritual recovery
– Facilities, e.g., lodging, meals, location, etc.
– One on ones with Therapist
– Balanced daily curriculum
– Family Program
– Exposure to different self help programs

Cons:
– Loose attendance structure for residents
– Staff communication
– Alumni communication and programs
– No weekend events
– TV and newspaper restriction
– Computers are terrible
– Disorganization of day’s events
