Depending on what kind of epilepsy you have it is going to vary and it will also vary from person to person…I’m am a stressed induced epileptic….I watched a special on patients with seizures and the results show that when you feel one coming on…then you basically slow and down and talk your mind out of it…i have used this a couple of times and it worked, but sometimes my seizures come on so fast that they are finished before I even know what happened…just a suggestion.
